Not a troll. :(

So my wife is pregnant. It was a difficult pregnancy that required her to take a lot of different kinds of meds and hormones to get pregnant in the first place. I am really happy about that part. What I am not happy about is it has caused her to have legit hair grow on her face in her neck area. She is not an ugly woman or anything, but this is really a turn off for me. It’s been a couple months now and she hasn’t done anything about it and I haven’t said anything about it. She never had this problem before, it was the stuff that helped her get pregnant 100% that fucked with her hormones. How do I even say something about this? She is a an emotional mess as it is with being pregnant and I am not sure about how to go about saying something. I HAVE to say something at some point though because it seriously bothers me. WTF?

You can post this on the OG. Obviously, no pics. Sorry, but it is very embarrassing to say the least.
